Workshop: Writing Literary and Theatre Reviews

The project we propose combines lectures and workshop activities. PhD students will engage in writing reviews of literary texts and theatrical performances, after studying the genre of the review (contexts, forms, and rhetorical and argumentative strategies) under the guidance of experienced teachers. The main objectives of the course, therefore, are three: a) achieving an in-depth knowledge of the genre of the review; b) developing writing and communication skills in the genre of the review; and c) exercising critical skills through discussion and the writing project.
