The course "Anti-Discrimination Law and Inclusion Practices_I", starting from the cardinal principles of anti-discrimination law, will analyse instruments - adopted at supranational and in the domestic level- aimed at combating all forms of discrimination (sex, age, religion, ethnic and national origin, sexual orientation, disability ...), as well as the actions and public policies aimed at promoting equal opportunities and social inclusion. The course will pay particular attention to language and images as forms and vehicles of discrimination or, conversely, as means of promoting equality.
