Goal of seminars is the analytic exam of most recent developments in theoretical doctrine and in case law about the general problems concerning the object of a law suit and of res judicata, also in the appeal degrees of a civil proceeding. These problems are often treated in case law so that they show important practical relevance. In examining doctrinal texts it will be focused also on method questions that may be precious to develop specific skills for carryng out the doctoral dissertations of partecipants.
