The course aims to illustrate the mechanisms that regulate the circadian periodicity of living beings and their effects on the organism. The issue of circadian periodicity in the physio-pathological field will be studied in depth; methodological aspects of chronobiological analysis and their application in humans in conditions of health, pathology and in relation to physical exercise will also be treated.
