As the third five-year anniversary of the entry into force of the Administrative Procedure Code approaches, it is more appropriate than ever to examine some of the current issues affecting administrative justice, with the aim of verifying the extent to which its discipline and functioning are adequate to respond to the demands for protection that are unceasingly addressed to it. The analysis will focus, in particular, on the subjective and objective extension of the administrative res judicata, on further procedural institutes in which the full judicial protection is at stake, such as the additional reasons to appeal, the multiplicity of actions and the time limit for bringing proceedings, as well as on the litigation (between administrations) that is increasingly promoted by local authorities.
Mandatory for doctoral students in the 39 cycle of the Constitutional and Administrative Law Curriculum , optional for other doctoral students.
