The course aims to explore the topic of digital transformation in today's society, characterised by the collection of enormous amounts of data. In this context, the topic of surveillance will be addressed, as well as the issue of Artificial Intelligence and data protection, in addition to the criminal conduct that is increasing exponentially on digital platforms. In this very complex framework, the modes of expression used on the Net also play a relevant role. Proper data collection and management, therefore, is increasingly linked to the exercise of fundamental human rights and, in particular, of minors.
