The Language of Gender: Study Perspectives Between Europe and Italy

The course aims to raise awareness with respect to the language of genre¬ and to know its main thematic nodes. The proposed perspective is primarily linguistic-communicative, but also historical-cultural and literary, and aims to frame the topic in the Italian dimension within a European frame of reference, also from a translanguaging perspective. Particular attention will be paid not only to the theoretical framing of the issues, but also to the methodological aspects involved in gender language research.
