The evolution of omics technologies for analysis of biomolecules now allows us to obtain a complete molecular and functional profile of complex biological systems. From a public health perspective, these technologies are essential to characterize and understand in human , animal and environmental ( one-health) Molecular determinants implicated in the spread and transmission of zoonoses and antimicrobial resistance .
The course therefore aims to provide the essential foundations of the most recent omics disciplines ( genomics, proteomics) with a focus on their application in the one-health field
