To train the student in the main concepts of how infectious diseases spread within the population.Provide basic knowledge on phylogenetic methodologies and their use for the epidemiological inference and molecular surveillance of infections relevant for Public Health, with particular focus on vaccine-preventable diseases.
Mandatory for students of the Phd programme in " Public Health Sciences" at first year, 38th cycle
