"Talent Development and Career Transitions in Elite Sport" seminar focuses on the theme of talent and the importance of context and environment in the daily practice of the young athlete. It will also focus on the transitions that an elite athlete has to face in the course of his career (such as transition from junior to senior, moments of injury, end-of-career), reflecting on how to manage them and what support devices are available.
