Understand and apply advanced signal processing techniques, including time-frequency analysis, sparse representations, and adaptive filtering. Analyze and design advanced filters and systems, using both time-domain and frequency-domain approaches. Implement modern signal processing algorithms, such as wavelet transforms, spectral estimation, and multirate processing. Apply signal processing methods to real-world signals, such as audio, biomedical, or sensor data. Explore recent research trends and applications, including machine learning for signal processing, compressed sensing, or deep learning-based approaches.
Participant requirements:understanding of basic signal processing concepts (e.g., Fourier transforms, filtering, sampling). Familiarity with linear algebra, probability theory, and digital signal processing fundamentals.
