The course aims to address the regulation of economic activities in globalised contexts from historical and interdisciplinary perspectives, from Roman law to modernity. The lecturers involved will present the results of their research, to highlight and discuss the role of jurists and legal methods in relation to trade and business, in various economic, social and political global scenarios
