Protein Structure Prediction and Design

"The course aims to provide students with the theoretical and practical foundations of biomolecular structure prediction, while also introducing them to in silico design and engineering techniques for new molecules (antibodies and others). Particular attention will be paid to assessing the reliability of these methods and developing practical strategies for tackling complex cases.
During the course, students will have the opportunity to apply state-of-the-art approaches directly to systems of interest, thus developing skills useful for research and innovation in the fields of structural biology and molecular design."
