Upon completion of the course, students are expected to:
-Understand the fundamental principles of proteomics with a focus on the key technologies of mass spectrometry, including quantitative proteomics techniques and basisc of data analysis of MS data for peptides and protein identification
-Recognize the main applications of proteomics in biomedical and biological research.
