Through the study of provisions on fundamental rights (starting with Article 2 of the Constitution), the course aims to explore the interpretative potential of the Constitution, the role of legislators and judges in responding to new trends in society, and the relationship between the Constitutional Court and other courts. Doctoral students will also be guided in conducting research on a number of controversial cases, to be presented in the final lessons.
