Through the research that will be presented by the seminar participants and the comments of the discussants, the aim is to propose a methodological reflection on research in areas relating to female authorship (reconstruction of the paths of hitherto neglected female authors and intellectuals, with attention to their interactions with the world of publishing and the periodical press; reflection on the modes of female agency made possible by the publication of their writings and the ability of female authors to exploit these opportunities).
