To take part in Erasmus+ you must respond to the call for applications and present a general training programme.
Erasmus+ Study outgoing
The Erasmus+ Study programme provides students with the opportunity to attend courses, sit exams, carry out research (also for the final thesis) and undertake laboratory and clinical training at a foreign university. All activities completed abroad are then recognised in the student's academic records in the form of ECTS credits.
Studying abroad under the Erasmus+ scheme is possible only if there is a bilateral agreement in force between the University of Milan and the host university.
Students at the University of Milan can choose from more than 400 partner universities located not only in the EU, but also in a number of third countries.
For their period abroad, participants receive a monthly grant, the amount of which varies depending on the destination country. Students with fewer opportunities can also apply for additional forms of funding.
Erasmus+ students are not required to pay any tuition to the host university, but have to pay tuition fees to the University of Milan for the relevant academic year, based on their income value (ISEE).
The Erasmus+ Study programme is open to all students enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's or single-cycle Master's degree programme.
Students who have been off-track for two or more years cannot participate.
For information, write a message via InformaStudenti or book an appointment.

Admission requirements and application instructions are detailed in the Erasmus+ call for applications.
The call is usually published in February each year and opens the selection process for mobilities taking place during the following academic year.
