Internal resource distribution criteria

As part of its financial planning and recruitment activities, the University of Milan adopts resource distribution criteria and methods that are consistent with the objectives set out in its strategic plan, both at the central and departmental level.

In shaping our vision of the future, we combine our educational strategies with sound human and financial resource allocation policies.
