Veterinary vaccine development: from idea to delivery; market, registration and pharmacovigilance
Types of veterinary vaccines: from traditional to modern drugs
Field application of human and veterinary vaccines, herd immunity
Vaccine side effects: truth & hoax

Programma
Plant transformation tools: Agrobacterium-mediated (stable and transient) and biolistic approach (4 hours).
Biomass Production and evaluation of heterologous antigenic protein expression: the example of tobacco plants (4 hours)
An example of application: pigs fed a tobacco seed based oral vaccines (4 hours).
