TEACHING METHODS
A) Teacher-Centred Activities will be both synchronous (in traditional or online classrooms) and asynchronous. All the synchronous classes will be recorded and available on the Ariel page of the course. Asynchronous lessons and supporting materials will also be available on the Ariel page.
B) Student-Student Activities will be synchronous in traditional or online classrooms. Students will be organized in groups and will be requested to analyze, present and discuss a scientific paper selected by the teacher.
Specific communications about contingency teaching planning will be reported online. Students are invited to often check the Ariel webpage of the course.
EXAM
The way for carrying out the final exam of the course has not changed following the COVID-19 pandemic. Students are requested to prepare an oral presentation (approximately 30-45 minutes) about the state of the art of a relevant topic. Students will propose the subject and will discuss the presentation with the Teacher. Students are invited to contact the Teacher to explain their ideas or to merely gain an opinion about the materials (papers, reviews, books) they would like to analyze.
Exams will take place using Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
Please, visit the ARIEL webpage of the course "Environmental Plant Biotechnology" (https://fnocitoEPB.ariel.ctu.unimi.it/) for further information.
