Obiettivi formativi
The course will support students in developing a comprehensive understanding of innovation and critical innovation management concepts. By attending this course, students will learn how to turn research into value for society and will examine the steps needed to develop and commercialize innovation.

By the end of the course, students will be able to:
1. Manage the main innovation management theories and employ the techniques required to improve innovation performance
2. Explain and manage the journey from the birth of an idea to the rewards of the resulting innovation
