Docente in Statale per chiamata diretta
L'Università Statale di Milano investe risorse finanziarie e punti organico per attivare la chiamata diretta per i/le Principal Investigator vincitori/vincitrici ERC.
La nomina come professore associato (PA), professore ordinario (PO) e ricercatore a tempo determinato Lettera B (RTDB) per chiamata diretta avviene in base alla legge 240 del 2010 e rappresenta un’importante innovazione nella selezione di talenti, perché utilizza un metodo europeo che adotta standard di eccellenza già riconosciuti a livello internazionale, secondo criteri trasparenti e condivisi in tutto il mondo per selezionare le eccellenze nella ricerca.
Dal 2012, la Statale ha attivato:
- 6 chiamate come PA di vincitori/vincitrici interni/e (ERC Starting e Consolidator);
- 15 chiamate (9 PA, 5 PO, 1 RTDB) di vincitori/vincitrici ERC Starting, Consolidator e Advanced esterni/e, con il sistema della portability del finanziamento (12 PI provenienti da altri enti italiani e 3 dall’estero – questi/e ultimi/e hanno potuto godere anche del finanziamento aggiuntivo che la Fondazione Cariplo destina ai vincitori/vincitrici di bandi ERC, provenienti dall'estero, che si trasferiscono in Lombardia con il loro grant).
