Reopening libraries and study rooms

Archived notice

All our student services reopen on 7 January, after the Christmas holidays, in the hope that 2021 will be a year of regeneration for everyone. Libraries, study rooms and reading rooms will be available again on all campuses.

You will find the opening hours of individual libraries and information on how to access library services and reading rooms on the dedicated page of the library service website.

In the central areastudy rooms will be available at via Festa del Perdono 7, in the basement, next to the coffee bar area, and at via Conservatorio 7, on the mezzanine floor, adjacent to the entrance. Both will be open from 8.30 am to 6.30 pm, closing for sanitation between 1 and 2 pm.  On 7 and 8 January, the closing time will be as early as 5 pm.

In the Città Studi area, it will be possible to use three study rooms: Celoria and Golgi teaching facilities, on the mezzanine floor, and room 211, with entrance from via Golgi 19.  Opening hours will be the same as above.

Access to the study rooms is free, subject to places available. Visitors will be required to record their attendance in the register available in the room.

Compliance with distancing, hygiene and safety measures is of the utmost importance. Please contact our monitoring staff for any need you may have.
