Corso integrativo: "diritto e letteratura"

This course, which integrates the course of Filosofia del diritto [Legal Philosophy], aims to develop the ability to understand and criticize the law in force, through the analysis of novels and movies. In particular, through an interdisciplinary approach, we will examine how legal actors and their activities are presented within literature, and, especially, what picture of the law in force emerges.
