Learning objectives
Il corso ha per oggetto il quadro giuridico relativo allo svolgimento delle attività e delle relazioni diplomatiche e consolari degli Stati nei rapporti tra loro e nell'ambito delle organizzazioni internazionali. Esso intende allo stesso tempo rafforzare negli studenti l'attitudine e la capacità di analisi critica dei fenomeni di interazione tra i soggetti delle relazioni internazionali, mettendoli in grado di saperne discutere svolgendo gli argomenti in modo logico, semplice e lineare. Si mira altresì a fornire loro gli strumenti tecnico-giuridici necessari allo svolgimento delle funzioni proprie del personale diplomatico e consolare e dei funzionari delle organizzazioni internazionali e far loro acquisire le capacità e le metodologie necessarie al corretto esercizio delle funzioni diplomatiche e consolari, ivi compresa la conduzione di un negoziato internazionale.
