Fundamentals of Physics
A.Y. 2018/2019
Learning objectives
The course will provide a basic knowledge of physical processes, with particular focus on dynamics and fluid dynamics for their impact on food technology. The course will provide a basic knowledge of physical processes, with particular focus on dynamics and fluid dynamics for their impact on food technology.
Expected learning outcomes
Knowledge of the principal physical quantities (in particular, those that are often used during the studies), their dimensions and units of measurement. The student must be able to understand and to resolve formally and numerically simple problems of physics, related to the technological practices and to the research in the frame of food technology.Knowledge of the principal physical quantities (in particular, those that are often used during the studies), their dimensions and units of measurement.
