Learning objectives
Promote theoretical and practical information for achieving the best sport performance following the concept the "training based on scientific evidence".
Expected learning outcomes
The course will provide knowledge and skills for the realisation and innovation of sport activities to different age groups, with particular reference to top-level sports, in relation to the educational, methods and technique aspects to the different sports.
The course will provide also theoretical and methodological skills for the "training based on scientific evidence" for the correct management of lifestyle, and the development and duration of the career of sportsman.
