Learning objectives
This course aims to provide students with the appropriate legal tools to grasp the reality of contemporary armed conflicts. It is intended to introduce students to the international rules regulating (international and non-international) armed conflict and international crimes, by also analyzing some recent cases and documents.
Expected learning outcomes
Teaching methods are conceived in order to strengthen students' skills to use their legal knowledge within the realm of language mediation and intercultural communication activities.
