Team Sports: Training Theory and Methodology

Learning objectives
Provide students with a solid theoretical, scientific, technical and methodological basis about the strength and conditioning preparation in the team sports in youth and adulthood with particular refence to football.
Expected learning outcomes
Knowledge of the physiological and performance model of team sports. Acquisition of methodological skills inherent: i) the development of motor skills in the youth; ii) conduct, control and programming the physical activity both in adults and young people, practicing team sports at different performance levels.
