Learning objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce to the students the main statistical techniques used to analyse correlated data, which have been collected either in space or in time (pollutants, climatic data, etc.)
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student must be able to perform autonomously statistical analyses of data having a space-time structure. This aim will be reached through classes of computer lab activated during the course, where the students will be guided to apply to case studies the theoretical techniques seen during the lectures. Also the ability of the student to disseminate what s/he learned will be developed, through the production of reports on the analysed data.
