History of Political Theories

History of Political Theories will provide students with some knowledge and understanding of systematic theories on the polis, and then the state, produced over the years by a small group of great thinkers. In a nutshell, the course will present the questions and authors that have marked the western tradition on how to think about the political community and the State.
