Learning objectives
· To acquire a basic knowledge of the technical, operational and management aspects typical of each of the professions in the area of technical health sciences
· To use this knowledge for the organization and management of health services provided by staf with technical functions in the medical area
· To use the basic knowledge for research and training projects in the field of technical sciences.
· To acquire a knowledge about parasitology and parasitic diseases of animals that represent a cultural-scientific complex, studying the relationship between parasite-host-environment and addressing the systematic, evolutionary, genetic, ecological, immunological, physiological and pathological aspects. The training competences concern health entomology and disinfestation techniques, parasitology, ecoparasitology and health management of parasitic and mycotic diseases.

PRELIMINARY KNOWLEDGE IS NOT REQUIRED.
Assessment methods and Criteria
All the teachers of the integrated course prepare from 8 to 10 tests with 3/5 answers, one of which is correct for a total of 80/100 tests;
· The time available is 80/100 minutes;
· There are no penalties for incorrect or unanswered answers;
· The correction is made immediately at the end of the appeal and the results of the correct answers for each question are communicated in an assembly manner.
· When the student takes the test (appeal), in addition to the test package, he / she also receives a form for the answers;
· The document that appears to be the reference for verification of learning is the "Student Answers" tab;
· At the end of the test both the package of questions and the answer sheet are collected;
· The student is invited to sign the answer sheet with the final evaluation in case of acceptance of the mark;
· The student (University Regulations) is allowed to withdraw at any time before signing the answer sheet for acceptance of the final grade of the appeal.

- Basic knowledge of medical parasitology, focusing on epidemiological, diagnostic and prevention aspects
