Course syllabus
We will discuss the main theories of Cultural Psychology and the psychological relationships with the values of our culture. We will deep the psychological aspects of migration. We will define the characteristics of the empathy process and the pathological lack of it: the goal is the understanding of the psychological processes involved in social and family violence. In the third part of the Course (only for 9 credits) we will discuss the psychological processes related to the cognitive and emotional perception of the environment

Assessment methods and Criteria
The final examination consists of oral or written exam with questions for both attending and non-attending students. The exam verifies the students' knowledge on the program topics, with attention also to the argumentative ability.
