Learning objectives
The workshop aims to open students to the learning of the communication dynamics and the production of the different textual tools that press offices use in dealings with journalists and bloggers, with a specific focus on language aspects. It therefore meets the training objectives of the Course of Studies, which aims to provide specific professional skills.
Expected learning outcomes
Students will learn how to devise and compose the different communication tools of a news agency, from the traditional press release to the digital press kit, from the email invitation to save the date or short news to report via Messenger (Facebook), Instagram and Whatsapp. They will also learn to master and utilize the different communication dynamics depending on the products and routes.

The laboratory aims to provide knowledge related to the operation, organization and objectives of the press office of a brand, a project, an institution, an association or an event.
From the press release to social profiles, how to reach the press and the new players (bloggers, influencers) but also how to reach your target audience directly and build engagement. The laboratory will have a strong practical connotation.

Teaching methods
Each lesson consists of a short presentation, followed by individual or collective practical activity.
Attendance to the lessons is compulsory (it is possible to skip one lesson out of ten).

Assessment methods and Criteria
The final evaluation is based on participation in the class activities and on the quality of the audiovisual products made by the students.
