Teaching Workshop: the Job of the Trainer in the Company

Learning objectives
The teaching workshop aims to present the students with the main elements of the profession of trainer in the company; the methods of classroom management and the skills that a trainer must have in order to perform his/her role in the best possible way are examined in depth.
Expected learning outcomes
Knowledge of the methods to manage a group in training; knowledge of the competences (knowledge, skill and attitude) that a trainer must have; ability to recognise training as a method to develop competences.

Teaching methods
The laboratory has a highly interactive and experiential methodology. There are individual and group practical exercises.

The constant participation of the students and the successful carrying out of the activities assigned to them is verified.
