Learning objectives
The aim of the course is to provide students with: - knowledge of the techniques for drafting legal documents, on the assumption that the basic elements have been acquired during the previous university career; - the ability to critically address the issues and resolve the legal issues underlying the cases that will be proposed, through the re-elaboration of the notions learned during the previous course of studies; - reinforcement of technical language and writing skills related to the subject; - the ability to connect the various topics in order to elaborate proposals to be used in the solution of cases
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student will have acquired the method to deal with the drafting of legal, judicial and extrajudicial, documents in the field of private law.

The course requires presence activities. For this reason, the course has been moved to the second semester of the current academic year.
Prerequisites for admission
Students who have successfully passed the exams of the first two years and the exam of Civil Procedure Law can attend the course.
Assessment methods and Criteria
At the end of each part of the course a written exam test will be carried out, consisting in the drafting of an act of a similar type to those faced during the related part of the course.
The final mark will be awarded if all the tests relating to the three parts are successfully passed; the mark will be expressed in thirtieths and will consist of the average of the marks reported in the three tests.

Course syllabus
The first part of the course aims to accompany students during the preparation and drafting of a introductory act of a civil trial concerning a case taken from the practice.
Teaching methods
A case will be submitted to the students; students will be divided into small groups and, with the assistance of the teacher and tutors, the most appropriate defensive act will be drawn up, focusing on both the merit of the dispute, the procedural rules and the editorial techniques.

The didactic material will be indicated during the course; it will be drafts, documents or sentences, on the basis of which the writings of the participants will be elaborated.
