Learning objectives
Il corso ha lo scopo di far conseguire agli studenti:
- la conoscenza delle tecniche necessarie alla redazione di atti giuridici, sul presupposto dell'avvenuta acquisizione degli elementi basilari durante la precedente carriera universitaria;
- la capacità di affrontare criticamente i temi e risolvere le questioni giuridiche sottese ai casi che saranno proposti, attraverso la rielaborazione delle nozioni apprese duranti il precedente corso degli studi;
- il rafforzamento del linguaggio tecnico e della capacità di scrittura attinente alla materia;
- la capacità di collegare i diversi argomenti al fine di elaborare proposte da utilizzare nella soluzione di fattispecie concrete

Second semester
The course requires presence activities. For this reason, the course has been moved to the second semester of the current academic year.
Prerequisites for admission
Students who have successfully passed the exams of the first two years and the exam of Civil Procedure Law can attend the course.
Assessment methods and Criteria
At the end of each part of the course a written exam test will be carried out, consisting in the drafting of an act of a similar type to those faced during the related part of the course.
The final mark will be awarded if all the tests relating to the three parts are successfully passed; the mark will be expressed in thirtieths and will consist of the average of the marks reported in the three tests.

Course syllabus
The first part of the course aims to accompany students during the preparation and drafting of a introductory act of a civil trial concerning a case taken from the practice.
Teaching methods
A case will be submitted to the students; students will be divided into small groups and, with the assistance of the teacher and tutors, the most appropriate defensive act will be drawn up, focusing on both the merit of the dispute, the procedural rules and the editorial techniques.

The didactic material will be indicated during the course; it will be drafts, documents or sentences, on the basis of which the writings of the participants will be elaborated.
