Learning objectives
The course aims to focus on the impact of new technologies on the models of business, considering the evolution of rules required by digital Platform, big data, algorithms and DLT.
Expected learning outcomes
Al the end of the course, a student will have acquired the appropriate terminology and will have learned the new regulatory approach also with regard to the impact of new technologies on fundamental rights (i.e. privacy).
