Expected learning outcomes
Il corso si inserisce, come insegnamento obbligatorio e qualificante, nel terzo anno di iscrizione e costituisce insegnamento obbligatorio per il curriculum per Operatore giuridico risorse umane e consulenza del lavoro.
Al termine del corso lo studente che abbia sufficiente appreso la materia, dovrebbe quindi essere in grado di esaminare, ed affrontare, le complesse problematiche sostanziali del diritto del lavoro privato e previdenziale anche alla luce, fondamentale, degli strumenti di tutela processuale offerti dal sistema (percorsi, modi, tempi e costi).

Second semester
The classes will be registered in audio or video form and each lecture will be uploaded on ARIEL at the time the lecture itself is scheduled. Each lecture will be available on ARIEL with no time limit. Along with each lecture, the relevant case law and/or doctrine materials will be uploaded as well. As during last year, the course will be supplemented with an online forum on ARIEL. Should it be possible to attend the lectures physically (also taking into consideration that the course will be held during the second semester) said lectures will, in any case, also be uploaded on ARIEL as indicated above.
The programme of the course remains unchanged.
The teaching materials remain unchanged.
The final exams and the evaluation criteria will stay unchanged, provided that oral tests will be held physically or through Microsoft Teams in light of the provisions in force at the date of the final exam.
Course syllabus
The course is aimed at teaching the core elements of the civil proceedings for labour law matters (art. 409 et seqq. Italian Code of Civil Procedure) and social security law matters (art. 442 et seqq. Italian Code of Civil Procedure) in the framework of the general principles underlying the ordinary civil proceedings.
Prerequisites for admission
See faculty rules applicable to the specific bachelor degree. In any event, the following are prerequisites to this course: Private Law, Labour Law, Civil Procedural Law. Advanced Labour Law and the course "Atti giuridici e processo civile (lavoro)" are advisable.

Assessment methods and Criteria
The final exam is an oral test and the mark will be up to 30/30 (cum laude, if eligible).
