Learning objectives
Starting from the practical-application internship experience, and under the guidance of a supervisor, the student goes deep into one or more aspects of the experienced company reality, applying the concepts acquired in the three-year course of studies with elements of modernity and innovation.
Expected learning outcomes
The student acquires the skill to structure, describe (and also present in the final oral discussion) one or more productive aspects of the articulated reality of the vine and wine company experienced in the practical-applicative training, through a report that aims to a high qualitative profile, possibly of experimental type.
