Learning objectives
Knowledge of the main interventions for the promotion of health in places of life and work and the ability to plan and organize these interventions

The didactic activities are foreseen in the second semester. They will preferentially take place in person, but, if the health situation does not allow it, the lessons will take place remotely, using the MS Teams platform. Lessons will be recorded and made available to students.

- Health promotion and its importance as a determinant of the health of the individual and the population
- The salutogenic approach
- The project: from the analysis of the need to the evaluation
- The illustration of some case studies and their discussion
- Guided exercise to design a health promotion program
- Presentation of the organization of the prevention department of a health protection company
- In-depth study of the operational tools to intervene in the care, management, training and research processes.
- Definition of an integrated approach to organizational and management problems with the use of healthcare management procedures.

The courses will include frontal lessons of theoretical framework that will alternate with discussion of case studies and exercises led by teachers

Assessment methods and Criteria
The examination will consist of the processing of:
- a health promotion program in small groups and its illustration to the teacher and fellow students;
- an intervention to manage a management / organizational problem typical of prevention departments and its discussion with the teacher.
