A.Y. 2020/2021
Learning objectives
The aims of the course are:
- to describe and to apply the main rehabilitation techniques used in the rehabilitation of disabilities in the pediatric age and in the multi-trauma patient, knowing their principles, indications and contraindications;
- to describe and to apply the main special rehabilitation techniques in the neurological and orthopedic fields;
- to use teaching and learning principles for informative and educational interventions aimed at patients, families, groups and communities;
- to acquire the ability to take on leadership functions for support operators and students;
- to describe and use aids, orthoses and prostheses and interact with the operators in charge of their design and packaging;
- to identify the biomedical equipment and methodologies and use their applications as a support in the rehabilitation field also for the purpose of scientific research.
