Learning objectives
The course provides students with basic knowledge on transformation and change management processes in order to manage adequately the PMO activities for organizational design and HRM solutions, and business innovation actions
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of this course students shall possess knowledge related to change management, project management, new organizational models, innovative HRM practices and processes.
At the end of this course students shall be able to define a stakeholder map for a change management process, deploy the activities for a change management process, define a plan for a change management process, identify the major trend in the transformation of business models
