Learning objectives
Provide the students with theoretical and practical skills, able to introduce them to the profession of the Personal Trainer and let them know the reality of the Fitness market, through a direct approach with some wellness company in Italy.
Through customer service tools, proposal and delivery of the basic technical and didactics contents, control methodologies of the offered service and a correct communication, the student will be able to recognize the fundamental aspects of the profession and be able to solve basic Case History .
Expected learning outcomes
Provide the students with the movements, techniques and educational of functional training in gym floor and knowledge of small unconventional tools; Make them understand the typical work tools of the profession such as the client's cognitive surveys, the training planning tables and the monitoring registers for the achievement of the proposed aims. Finally allow him to know basic concepts characterizing the profession of the Personal Trainer, which are the sale, customer car, tax aspects and visibility (image and communication) of the service offered.
