The Course aims to focus on the impact of new technologies on the traditional models of business, considering the evolution of rules required by digital platformrs, big data, algorithms and DLT.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course, a student will have acquired te appropriate terminology and will learned the new regolatory approach concerning the impact of technologies on model of business.

Course syllabus
The course is aimed to focus on the financing channels available to businesses as product of new technologies: i.e. equity/lending crowdfunding, peer to peer lending, initial coin offering. Particular attention will be also paid to open banking and cryptocurrencies.
Prerequisites for admission
It is recommended that you have previously passed Private law exam.
