The teaching aims to achieve a lot for students:
- acquisition of a higher level of in-depth analysis of the special procedures before court;
- knowledge of the relationship between them and the ordinary proceedings;
- improvement of the mastery of the principles that govern the civil proceedings.

Course syllabus
The course will focus on the main special procedures regulated by Book IV of the code of civil procedure, with particular reference to procedure for summary order, precautionary proceedings, class action.

Assessment methods and Criteria
The assignment of CFU is subject to the attendance of 70% of the lessons (7 lessons out of 10) and the completion of a multiple choice test
