Learning objectives
Knowledge and understanding. The student must demonstrate that he/she has acquired a basic knowledge of the principles governing enforcement procedures and the positive discipline of such procedures. -Application skills. The students must demonstrate the capacity to take well grounded position concerning the topics examined during the course.. -Communication skills. The student has to demonstrate that he/she can express the acquired notions with property of language. - ability to learn. The student must demonstrate that he/she can interpret the positive norms and give a systematic reading of them.
Expected learning outcomes
Students are expected to have the following skills: - a basic knowledge of the principles governing enforcement procedures and their positive discipline; - autonomy of judgement in taking reasoned and legally sustainable positions with reference to the topics covered by the cours; - ability to communicate the acquired notions with property of language; - ability in interpreting the positive norms that regulate the matter and to give a systematic reading of them.

Course syllabus
The course concerns the principles of enforcement and execution civil proceedings, regulated on the third Book of Civil Procedure Code. In particular, during the course, will be studied the debts execution proceeding, in its various forms, enforcement proceedings for different performance and the punitive-coercive measures' order.
During the lectures we will examine some judicial cases of particular interest.
Prerequisites for admission
The exam can be taken only by those who have passed the exam of Civil Procedure; Private Law and Costitutional law.

Learning activities consist of 42 hours of lectures held by the teacher.

Assessment methods and Criteria
The examination is oral. The grading system is based on a maximum of 30 points with 18 as the lowest passing grade. 30 Cum Laude may also be awarded.
The students must demonstrate a basic knowledge of the principles governing the enforcement matter and the positive discipline of the same.
