Learning objectives
The aim of the course is to provide students with: - knowledge of the techniques for drafting legal documents, on the assumption that the basic elements have been acquired during the previous university career; - the ability to critically address the issues and resolve the legal issues underlying the cases that will be proposed, through the re-elaboration of the notions learned during the previous course of studies; - reinforcement of technical language and writing skills related to the subject; - the ability to connect the various topics in order to elaborate proposals to be used in the solution of cases
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student will have acquired the method to deal with the drafting of legal, judicial and extrajudicial, documents in the field of private law.
