Learning objectives
In the spirit of the so-called "applied musicology" or "artistic research", the teaching workshop offers students a hands-on experience by putting into practice the historical-theoretical knowledge gained over the university years. On the basis of a specific musicological project (different every year), the students will develop professional the skills requested by the job market, especially in the field of live and mediated performances, and will also solidify their humanistic cultural capital.
Expected learning outcomes
At the completion of the teaching workshop, the students will be able to translate their own historical-theoretical knowledge into practical skills aimed at developing an informed use of digital technologies and becoming familiar with a variety of media. In the context of a performative/organizational project carried on throughout various types of classes, the lab positions itself in the field of "practice-led research" and the "digital humanities" at large.
