Learning objectives
The course will provide a basic understanding of administrative transparency and the fight against corruption. During the course, we will analyse the main industry regulations, with a focus on anti-corruption plans, freedom of information, and publication requirements for public administrations.
Expected learning outcomes
After completing the course, students will:
a) Understand the key tools for preventing and sanctioning acts of corruption and offences in the Public Administration;
b) Understand anti-corruption plans and underlying risk assessments;
c) Understand key administrative transparency tools, with a focus on the Freedom of Information Act.
