Assessment methods and Criteria
The assessment of learning outcomes consists of a written test, taking place during specific exam sessions, as per the Rules. The test includes multiple choice questions.
All the modules comprised in the teaching contribute equally to determining the final mark, expressed on a scale of 30.
No intermediate or early exam sessions are planned.
Teaching materials or notes are not allowed for consultation during testing.
The Teacher in charge of the teaching provides the final verbalization according to the UNIMI model.

Introduction: economic notion of work and legal regulation of work, transformations of work
Constitutional principles in labor regulation
Private negotiating autonomy and mandatory rules

The sources of labor law: typical and atypical sources, collective agreements, sources of knowledge
Classification and legal framework of work: practical relevance, distinction between "self-employed" and "employed" work, the gray area between autonomy and subordination, Coordinated and Continuous Collaborations, the contractual classification of work

The three employer powers (managerial, supervisory, disciplinary). Focus: the disciplinary procedure.
Prohibition on the introduction of labor and related exceptions (agency work and posting)

Cases analysis (contracts for employment, agreements for self-employed work, disciplinary proceeding documents, Gross Annual Salary and labour costs, reading of the paycheck, determination of hiring in the Public Administration, medical certificate of fitness for work)
